Co-founded by Katrina Harding-Saddleback and Steve Saddleback, Opimoyaso Group brings together deep experience across industry operations, Indigenous relations, governance, and major project environments. Together, they lead work grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing, relational accountability, and practical implementation within complex systems.
Opimoyaso Group designs and implements Indigenous-led frameworks that move beyond traditional workforce approaches, supporting industry, government, and Nations to build sustainable, culturally safe, and operationally aligned pathways into employment, procurement, and long-term participation.
Their work weaves together community priorities, industry systems, and regulatory realities, creating scalable solutions that strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and support shared prosperity.
Katrina leads the vision, design, and implementation of Indigenous workforce and systems-change frameworks, drawing on over 20 years of experience across energy, infrastructure, and regulatory environments.
Steve brings over 25 years of executive leadership across energy, finance, governance, and Indigenous–industry relations, with extensive experience advancing First Nations participation in major projects and navigating multi-stakeholder environments at a national level.
Together, they provide a unique balance of vision, operational leadership, and systems-level execution, positioning Opimoyaso Group to lead meaningful, long-term change.
