Katrina Harding-Saddleback is Co-Founder and CEO of Opimoyaso Group, an Indigenous-owned consultancy advancing systems change in workforce development, industry engagement, and Indigenous participation across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
An Indigenous workforce development leader with over 20 years of experience, Katrina is recognized as a systems architect and framework lead, advancing Indigenous-led models that are reshaping how industry, government, and Nations work together. Her work extends beyond traditional workforce development, focusing on building culturally grounded, scalable pathways to long-term participation, procurement, and economic inclusion.
Rooted in a Two-Eyed Seeing approach, Katrina’s leadership weaves together Indigenous knowledge systems and industry practices to support stronger partnerships, better outcomes, and shared prosperity.

He serves on the Alberta’s Energy Future Initiative Leadership Council. He also holds the ICD.D designation.
